Nutrition 101: Healthy Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives you the  energy you need to get your day going and helps boost your metabolism to burn body fat. Here is a quick recipe for healthy tasty pancakes
Protein pancakes
10 egg whits + 1 Scoop of chocolate protein + 1 cup of oats + one small box of raisins (depending how calorie restricted your diet is) + dash of cinnamon + dash of sweetener

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and pour into a HOT skillet, wait for the mixture to bubble then flip... you should be able to get around 3 good size pancakes from this mix, or you can make them as small as you want and make more, when finished you can sprinkle Vanilla or Chocolate Myofusion on top, so there you have it............a lil Flex secret for you enjoy yourself....
